Location is excellent. Close to the church restaurants ferry etc. Youth hostel next door is great for burgers and billiards. But hotel staff other than moreen and Natalia are bad at customer service. Victoria was still bad till smoke busy and not serving guest. Hotel staff needs CS service and English training
