Overall our stay was good. The rooms are not very sound proof so the hall noise was very loud. But the room was clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating with our limited spanish. The area is great for walking and I would stay here again!

Very helpful and welcoming reception staff and quick check in process. Good sized rooms with coffee making facility and fridge. Rooms slightly dated but very clean and comfortable. Good location of hotel and view from the room. Great breakfast.

The people who work here are outstanding. They were so friendly and nice. The room was spacious but the beds and bedding are the best!! The bed was so clean and soft. I have 4 pillows and slept perfectly with the windows open with fresh sea air.

Good Hotel, but low cost benefit

There is no bar at the pool. No parking avaliable for all guests car. Very good breakfest, but the floor and windows in the restaurante, not clean as should be for a eating place. Pool ok, outside and inside. Clean. Good Rooms ok, good shower, tv, bed.

At first glance, this place looks wonderful. The room was nice, the walls had numerous small paint chips. The ceiling was repaired at some time and poorly repainted. We had a sliding door handle almost tear off and that was quickly repaired but when we had trouble getting the tv to work we were told someone would come that never did. Additional calls were ignored. Just telling us no one was there would have been appreciated. This was the only time we were in Uruguay that people did not go above and beyond.
