"Definitely better than my last stay. The smell of the waterpark was improved, the water park itself was nice, and I appreciate when staff are nice enough to be open about certain things. For example, when my Hungry as a Wolf order wasn’t ready, they told me it was because they haven’t had any orders in a while. Despite the inconvenience, I appreciate the communication from the employees. I appreciate how much care the employees of Great Wolf Lodge put into the resort."

"I love that we were able to stay in a townhouse during our stay. Truly felt like a home away from home with a full kitchen, dining room, balcony, washer and dryer, and even a fireplace. We had a beautiful view of the lake. And were only 15-20 min from Busch Gardens. I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family"

"The hotel was beautiful, the rooms are clean, the only thing wrong with this hotel they charge 17 to 18 bucks for breakfast which should be free and it’s no hot tub other than that it’s perfect!"

"The staff at this facility were amazing - so helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was OK - the mini quiches were a bit greasy but the make your own waffles bar looked good. Our room was clean. The little things that irked me were: the ice machine on our level wasn't working; the drinking fountains in the work out room weren't working; and the coffee in the dining room was terrible. BUT, overall, things were fine."

"Everything was fine. The property could use some TLC. The tub had some peeled coating areas, and cracked tiles in the surround. Breakfast was fine, nothing amazing, but plenty of the basics and kept clean and restocked. I only had contact with one staff member, a room attendant. They were friendly, accommodating and helpful. Parking was plentiful. The hotel seemed busy but I was never bother by loud noises or raucous behavior. The property is within walking distance of several good restaurants and centrally located to the attractions."
