Very nice hotel, and perfect location for what I needed. All staff that we interacted with were very, very nice. The alarm clock in our room did have an annoying noise that we could not get to turn off, but still a very nice experience

Great stay

It was spacious and clean. The indoor pool was a hit for my daughters and the fitness center was probably the best attraction of the hotel. The breakfast was excellent.

The room was clean. It was great having a full-sized fridge in the room. They not only provided plates, silverware, and glaases but dish soap for the sink and dishwasher. It had a microwave but no stovetop. The matresses were too soft for me. My husband and I rolled towards the middle so, the 3rd night, he slept on the couch. There were a few places close to eat but not a good quality restaurant. I saw a few questionable people close to the hotel but it seemed to be a problem in a lot of the areas. Staff was very friendly and aimed to please. Great view of the mountains!

To pricy for a dirty hotel room ! I sheets are old bathroom fealty had to put a towel on shower floor! Trashcams are dirty! In sorry but I have stay in same hotel somewhere else and rooms at clean!

Friendly, helpful, courteous staff; clean and new room. Close to Colorado Springs attractions such as Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and downtown. Overall, a great stay. Parking close to the hotel could be a challenge in the evening as it's shared with a movie theater. It was a bit noisy between rooms (dogs running above us).

Family vacay

Stayed 2 nights in a family vacation to see the sights. Great location to plenty of things with a fairly short drive. Room was very spacious for 2 adults and 2 teens! Good water pressure in shower. Comfy beds. Good air-conditioning system. Appreciated the large fridge and kitchen! Only reason i gave it 4 stars is that the breakfast on our 2nd morning wasnt well maintained. Counter where waffle maker is was full of batter mess. Food ran out between guests. Maybe they were understaffed...? Food was fine. Premade egg omelets. Cereal, bread for toast and waffles/ muffins.

New and clean

Pet friendly, but not really kid friendly. Beautiful hotel, new and clean! The location is great, very central in CO Springs. We were staying while waiting to close on our house. A few friendly staff! (Justin was great) Wonderful housekeeping staff. Others seemed annoyed to be there working. One morning front desk employee had ear buds in all shift/every shift and when we had concerns referred us to their “GM” that was actually just another front desk employee. Nothing horrible, overall a decent stay, but after moving to another hotel for our final two nights we definitely would choose that hotel over this one.

The shower had a mildew smell and the carpet had some stains. Overall the room was clean. Front desk staff was friendly. There were kids running up and down the hallway, being very loud for the entire length of our stay.
