Extremely clean new hotel. only negative was that the couches felt plastic, but is way easy to keep clean and sanitized.

The property was clean and up to date. The rooms were cold however. There is a gap under the door (to outside) that let in quite a draft. The cleaning person cleaned room and did not replace the towels. This was a mainstay with kitchenette. There we re no silverwear or soap and towels to clean the dishes. Great location. Close to stores and restaurants.

No convenient pet relief areas on property. For those traveling with pets be prepared to be placed on the 2nd floor and ultimately walking quite a distance because the building itself is surrounded by gravel only. You have to go to the few small grass patches near the King Sooper store, just to allow your pet to potty. However watch out for all the many piles of poop already left behind my other irresponsible dog owners who dont pick up after their dogs. This hotel is very inconvenient for those who may be older, have mobility issues or disabilities that warrant usage of the available handicap parking stalls for shorter distance walks but are traveling with a pet. Breakfast was standard continental/convenient foods. Bacon was paper thin and limp like a wet noodle, eggs were mushy. Juices and coffee were fine. The shower handle in the room i was in kept falling off the wall. There were eating utensils (except forks), cups, plates and a couple pans to use. The rooms were nice and spacious, and located to near stores and food places, but in my opinion after everything else was not worth the price per night on top of the extra daily pet fee.

Our sliding door in our room was broken and came off completely, almost falling on us. The elevators did not work during part of our stay, and when they did, they were crazy slow for just 3 floors.

Room is clean, however the A/C does not work very well. Our room was comfortable but if it were warmer outside it would not be. Parking was not very accommodating for our room not enough spaces for the amount of rooms and the room was difficult to find.

A good hotel for a budget stay

We stayed at the MainStay for its location. The hotel was clean with a sofa, desk, refrigerator, stove and microwave. It has an above average breakfast each morning included with the room. Maid service is only once a week. There is a workout room and pool. The only thing I disliked was the bathroom had a sliding door that made a lot of noise when it was used at night.

Outdoor opening not as friendly.

We had an outdoor opening and it was chilly air coming in around the door. We were discouraged from enjoying the hot tub because we had to go outside to go inside to the pool area. Then would be wet on the return.
