"Beautiful setting but the hotel felt outdated. Specifically, the overwhelming number of photos showing how great everything was back in the 1950's and 1960's was personally off-putting. Also what's up with the mostly male restaurant management? Again, it harkens back to a long-gone era that many see as not so great."

"I came with a broken foot, you have a ramp on the elk building. It would be very helpful if you could park close to ramp. Instead I had to walk quite a ways to get to my room! It was painful to walk that far. Thank you!"

"It was really fun sleeping in a covered wagon but it gets cold at night. Bring sleeping bags or warm blankets. The heater does warm the wagon enough. The place could have used more restrooms. There was always a long wait so plan early"

Jenny Lake Lodge
"Great place and location! I stayed with my family for three nights and we had a really good experience at Jenny Lake Lodge. The lodge is located near a trail from which you can hike to Hidden Falls and Inspiration Point alongside Jenny Lake. Just amazing. Also the view from the lodge is stunning, you see the Grand Tetons in all its beauty. I must say, though the dinner experience was okay-ish. The lodge offers a five-course dinner that consists of tiny cuts and bits of different ingredients, divided in 5 dishes. One night, we each got three mini cubes of Ahi tuna that were still frozen in the middle. But, luckily for us, we were not there for the food and breakfast was much better - and freshly made! Overall an excellent place with excellent service and excellent views!"
