"Overall appearance of a lack of maintenance. The outer front door does not shut completely, the lobby is shabby looking. The room we were given had a very strong cigarrette smell (who cleaned the room and did not notice?) and we were given a different room. That room was large with a king bed but ..."

"A very, very helpful and friendly staff who were always available, if you needed extra towels, etc. It is an older hotel but they are doing vast remodeling. I would definitely stay there again."
