Great experience. The staff made us feel like we were coming home. It’s a beautiful hotel that could use a little upkeep like rusty bolts in ceiling fixtures etc. it was clean and again the staff was fantastic.

The property is extremely old, had a really weird smell, the parking garage & elevator smelled like mold, so we opted to park outside in front of the hotel, breakfast was included which was like any other hotel breakfast & they had coffee. Someone was sleeping in the gym floor when we went to the gym so we left & swimming lessons were taking place in the pool so we didn't use the pool either.

The hotel is extremely outdated. Toilet paper holder was rusty, so it is obvious regular updates have not been a priority. The staff was great - the breakfast was decent and the nighttime bar was decent as well. The location is fantastic so they just need to update everything which will improve the cleanliness as well.
