"Good location & nice hotel"

"There is no soap, shampoo and hand soap. When we asked the front desk, they said there are a lot of guests checking in (not sure if they realize that has nothing to do with basic amenities for every bathroom ). They never delivered anything we requested. Definitely not recommending this hotel ( and I might not consider Holiday Inn for my future stay anymore…very disappointed)."

"Only downfall to share is the valet gave us conflicting instructions from the practical text that we received. We were directed to park and bring our bags in via the 3rd floor bridge but did not have a room key in order to enter the hotel to check in. We specifically asked for clarification. Otherwise, we stayed in a loft room which was spacious. Nothing fancy but it did the trick. Bartender was great. Breakfast buffet was pricey for the limited options available. I wish I would have ordered off the menu instead. Definitely clean. Safe choice to stay at!"

"Overall just a really bad experience. In town for a graduation party and invited a surge group to the hotel for drinks but everything was locked up. No management on property and they said it opens at 4. That actually means 5:30 then they still closed at 9. Will not show pictures but coffee pot was missing pieces and trash on the floor when we arrived. Super sad because it really messed up our plan A."
