It's too bad.... Pros: Fun lobby design. •The lobby had a youthful, fun vibe with pool table and lounge/bar. The bar tender smiled. Cons: Unwelcoming staff, poor bathroom design. •Only 1 complimentary bottle of water provided - room slept 4; reservation was for 3. •Sliding door to toilet/shower that doesn't even latch. Startlingly loud, aggressive flush. •Only 1 person could use combo shower/toilet area at a time due to open shower doorway with glass wall and no shower curtain. 9/11/26 - Room 207 still has a broken toilet paper holder as noted in previous review; toilet paper fell off it and onto the floor.

Wonderful 4 night stay with my great niece. Quiet, clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Indoor pool was a plus. Staff were kind, welcoming, helpful. Outdoor and indoor bar with plenty of seating and tables. Westerville location near many popular restaurants. Close to interstate. Highly recommended.

8/10 Good

It was a good stay, mostly excellent. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean and comfortable. The reason I gave a 4 star rating was because of a few minor things. There does not seem to be a fan in the bathroom, which is odd and often needed. Also, I couldn't find any liners in the room for garbage cans. It's a small thing, but makes you be careful what you throw away as to not soil the can itself. the staff would just have to clean the can itself. Also the tiny refridgerator had about 4 inches of ice in the top of what I guess would be the freezer section, although there is just one big compartment. We like to refreeze our reusable freezer canisters but couldn't do it there. Also, the door would stick and make it easy to walk out thinking it latched when it didn't. For a fairly pricy room you would expect closer detail to the small things. Parking was great and staff were very helpful.
