The soap and shampoo dispensers were kinda hard to get amount needed to clean hands and hair. That would be my only complaint.

Stayed in a non smoking room, though you’d have not known it walking in. Musty smell. But nothing horrible. Nice choice of pillows. Water in shower was hot with good pressure. A/C worked well. TV remote didn’t work well. Lady at the reception desk was very pleasant and nice.
From dirty underwear in our “clean” room, hair in the bed, to mud up the walls and toothpaste all over the sinks. Never again.

We unfortunately had a smoking room. I didn't think it would be that bad. Well it was. Even our clothes in the suitcase smelled. Other than that good. Wish i would have taken a different room.

The room was clean. The breakfast was very meager. There was a pet fee which was not identified on the website (I double checked). The fee was not unreasonable at $15 but it should be stated on the site before you show up at the deak.

Comfortable beds
The room was a non-smoking room, yet it smelled of cigarettes and the top cover of the beds and pillows were slightly damp. I blame this on the extreme humidity. Overall the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.
