Something felt a little odd

Staff friendly however something just felt off. Got the room with the hot tub. The deposit was $150 which is much higher than most and the hot tub is on a 15 minute timer with restrictions that remind you of California. The bed was generally comfortable and everything else average.

At check in, the key card would not open the door. Ended up being an issue with the door. Had to take another room thst had 2 queen beds, not the King we reserved. At 3:45 am, was awakened by very loud muisic. I called the front desk and it took over 1 hour for it to stop! Finally, this property charged $100.00 security deposit!! The room was jut over $100.00! NOT REASONABLE! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Overall stay was fine; but the old lady at the front desk was very rude and unfriendly…. The house keeping staff was even friendly .. no hot tub… vending machine only takes cash … most likely will stat elsewhere next time

This was a quick trip to attend a wedding. Easy and friendly check-in; we arrived before scheduled check-in time and had to wait for just a few minutes while the room was readied. The room was clean and the free breakfast was really good!
