It took sooo long to check in. The parking lot isn’t very lit. The housekeepers smelled like cigarettes and weed. The breakfast was ok, but the tables were dirty. The room was gross. Soap bar left in the shower, dirty towel hanging on the back of the door, carpet needs replacing, room smelled funky. But the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean, thank God!

Okay, but...

2 adults 3 children. The sofa bed was broken. There was a swimming pool, but it was really dirty. I didn't feel like going there. Otherwise, the rooms are clean. A big thank you to the customer service. Was nice and helpful.

I would not stay here again. I made a reservation for this hotel because it was the only hotel in the area with an outdoor hot tub. I called a week in advance before I made the reservation to verify that the hot tub was working and in order. The lady at the front desk at the actual hotel said oh yes it’s working fine. When we got there, the pool and hot tub was pad locked off and they told us it would not be open until June. We stayed there two nights, and not once did anyone ever come to clean our room. That was also disappointing.

The property is not upstanding for the customers coming there to visit family and friends. My family and I stay in hotel for four days and has anyone come to the room to clean it and issue out lines for the bed and bathroom. I have to take the items to front desks to get new one from front desks. The front desk person sure tell us about the all the items there. The bathroom door bottom hinges falling off and lights not working properly in the bathroom. We wanted to moved to another hotel but we paid for this room there in Comfort Suites that we didn’t like at all. Next times on vacation it not that hotel again.

On the fence

Most of the staff were amazing-most were friendly and very helpful, some sat on the lobby sofa watching tv as guest passed through the lobby. Room- Window frame was broken and crooked. A noticeably wide separation at the top of the window allowed for noise and cold air from outside to come in. Bed had indention in the center making it difficult to get out of bed. Folding closet door did not close correctly; kept coming off of track. The shower curtain bar was very loose and could possibly fall as guest moved the curtain from side to side. Over all, the hotel was less than expected and deceiving from pics posted online. Not a bad location with everything being within a 20min drive. But don’t expect much from the hotel itself.

I stayed here in October 2023 and rated the hotel 5 stars. This trip I brought family and had additional family book here and it was horrible!!! We called to say we were going to have a late check in. The gentleman that answered the phone was very polite and said it was not an issue. When we arrived at 11:30 pm the front desk lady had an attitude and rolled her eyes when we walked up to register. I guess she was mad she had to get off the couch from her nap! Our room was dirty and garbage was still in room from previous guests. Found out the room my in laws had also had garbage and a beer can left in their room. The front lobby is clean and the breakfast was good. The morning and early day staff was nice but on our last night we ordered pizza so we could all eat as a family and say our goodbyes. I asked the lady working the front desk if it was ok to eat in the ONLY DINING AREA THEY HAVE and she said “No it’s closed”. Did I forget to mention it was only 5:15pm! I said ok then I guess we’ll eat in the lobby and with an attitude she told me guests can not eat in the lobby. My husband then asked if that was the hotel’s policy to not let guests eat at the only tables and dining area they have and her response was “No, I just don’t want to clean up after ya’all”. We told her we’d clean up after ourselves which we did and the dining room looked better after we cleaned it then it did our entire trip. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY STAYING HERE!
