We got stuck in an elevator. The bath tub stopper was broken. The air conditioning unit was broken. Staff was friendly though. Everything just needs updated in the actual rooms part of the hotel.

The place was outdated. Probably was a nice place twenty years ago. The shower did not drain well and I had to ask for a hairdryer. The lamp shade has coffee sprayed on it from years of never cleaning it. Coffee was empty in the lobby both times that I went to it in the morning. Price of the room was decent and location was good. Also the shower had strong water pressure, which was nice.

Stay was okay, room was clean, bathroom had a mildew smell, both elevators were down and everyone including staff had to use 1 service elevator which made it challenging with a full house from the twenty one pilots concert. Free breakfast was a joke. It was not good at all, nothing was stocked, food was dry and cold. Guess there was a reason it was free😂😂

Went to a concert at the nearby King of Clubs. Hotel worked out perfect. Short 15 mins or less walk. Didn’t use pool or have the breakfast. Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfy. Hotel was kinda in a business park area so it was pretty quiet. I would def stay here again if the price is right, like this time.

The hotel was conveniently located with a nice big parking lot. The staff was helpful and friendly. My room was very clean and well kept. I had a nice room on the courtyard by the pool. It was lovely!
