The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and in lot behind the hotel. It was very clean foyer with nice areas to sit. There is a restaurant that smelled delicious. There was a lot of people staying on the night we were there but it was very quiet in the room. The room was clean but the bathroom needed some attention. I would most likely stay again.

On site restaurant was very handy, however they were severely understaffed with the amount of customers waiting to be served . The front desk staff was very helpful to this senior that had no idea how to get an Uber along with answering other questions we had.

Overall a clean and affordable option for staying in downtown Columbus. The staff was efficient and courteous. The beds were more firm than we like, but plenty of pillows and bath linens. There was a rather stale smell to the room but after a while it either disappeared or we became nose-blind. All in all it was a decent room for a reasonable cost.

Great location close to the Ohio State House, very central, good size room, and even a laundry room to allow one to wash clothes at a reasonable price. This hotel met all my needs, was good value. I was very happy with my stay here.
