We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The lady at the desk was so professional and so friendly. We loved being able to walk to German village. We had a lovely dinner. The pool is very nice. It’s right on high Street, which is a busy street, but that’s just fine. We appreciated the very good ground coffee machine in the lobby.

The room was very clean and comfortable. A lot of variety in the breakfast buffet.The staff at the front desk was very accommodating from fixing a glitch in the bill to bringing me a hair dryer in minutes after I called to let them know our room's hairdryer was missing. Hotel itself was ok, but listed as having a laundry area and it did not and was one the reasons I picked the hotel along with free breakfast. We do travel ball and needed to wash uniforms and then the last day we left at 7 and still no breakfast when it was suppose to be open at 630. The drain in the bathroom sink was stuck

Saw a concert at Newport Theater and stayed here. It was perfect. Especially if you're on the 1st floor by the pool. They have tables and chairs set up behind those room on an extend d patio. The staff was all very nice and so was the room.
