Very pleasant hotel and nice rooms, and very responsive staff--they couldn't have been nicer. The free breakfast is just okay--could be a wider variety of fruit and it would be nice to have decaffeinated coffee and hot oatmeal--but what I really object to is the use of plastic. Why not use real plates and cutlery and help cut back on plastic pollution? It's really a crime that this is considered acceptable in this day and age.

Beautiful setting amidst lots of spring blooming trees. And a very clean facility. Very nice breakfast, we observed the staff constantly cleaning the counters.

The night manager, Zach, was very helpful in making sure my wife (who needs an accessible room) got the right accommodations. He was courteous and quick. Made our stay!

Fitness room was really nice, could use a set of 15 pound weights and air in the Bosu's but otherwise very nice. Room was very cozy, nice lighting options. Super comfortable bed. Great value for the price

Strong smell of marijuana in building. Loud AC/Heater outside the room. Although it’s uncontrollable by the hotel, the guest were loud until well after 11pm. Sound proofing very low in the building.

This was a comfortable and clean stay. Everything we needed was there. I would have given a 5 but there was one thing that to some wouldn't think of, the toilet seat. You sit on it and you shift to the side. Everything else was almost perfect

The breakfast, like all Holiday Inn Expresses, was wonderful. So many choices. The pool was well maintained and the kids had a lot of fun in that. Everything was clean and very new looking. Great location. Staff was very friendly. Expedia was how we reserved our stay. We put a note on our reservation that we needed a crib. We even got an email confirming they would have a crib for us. When we got there there was no note for them and they did not know we needed a crib somehow. But thankfully they had one and brought it up to us immediately.

Almost excellent, except for one HUGE issue...
The front staff was amazing. The pool was nice, and my son and I really enjoyed the breakfast. I would have given 5 stars, except the housekeeping is absolutely HORRIBLE. There were literal feces in our bed. It was very, VERY obvious, too. So, either, the housekeepers saw it and ignored it, or did it themselves. The man at the front desk bent over backwards to help fix the issue, and I really appreciate it. However, I would seriously consider getting new housekeepers. It was a nice hotel otherwise.

We had a wonderful stay and have stayed here several times. The was clean and everything we might need was supplied. The desk clerks are very helpful. And breakfast was a good variety of choices and we enjoyed it.
