The staff were great and our room was clean amd quite a bit more spaciois than we anticipated. However, the building is showing its age. There were holes in interior doors in our room and no hanging bars to hang things in in closeted areas. If we were staying for longer than one night, I would have complained. Bit for one night, it was fine and we had a good trip.

Everything was great with the hotel itself. My only complaint was the noise from the interstate traffic bc of the close proximity, but that’s not the fault of the hotel.

Great Stay!

Our room had the appearance of being recently redecorated. Although there were a few minor things missing, like an iron and clothes hangers and ironing board, we had everything we needed. The sitting room had a separate thermostat from the bedroom, which was really nice. Also, the bedroom had a separate tv from the sitting room. Everything was neat, clean, and convenient.

We stopped on our way from Cleveland because of the rain. We were looking for something south of Columbus and right off of 71. We were more than pleasantly surprised. It meant all of our expectations and exceeded them as well. You have a great staff and they were super friendly. The room is very well laid out and plenty of space

We liked everything about the hotel experience. It was other cusyomets who can ruin it. Letying their k8ds run the halls all hours of the night and leaving trash everywhere and letting them throw balls in the parking lot.

Starting to not like the service

They overbooked and I couldn’t even get the room I booked over a week ago. Kind of bull crap. If you book something over a WEEK ago, then that should be readily available to whomever booked previously. The lights didn’t work in half of the room. The air conditioner was broken, again. Y’all are falling down on my list.

Either a newly built hotel or a newly renovated one. However the owner must have cheaped out on a few things. Because of exterior lights, our room was lit up all night like it was sunset outside. Simple blackout curtains would have taken care of it….instead of sleeping with two pillows over my face to block out the light. Also the walls are very thin. We were able to hear (and laugh at) the conversations had by the guests next door. They weren’t even talking loud. But the walls are so thin. I guess that is cheaper than making soundproof rooms with thicker walls. But the hotel staff, breakfast and cleanliness were all great. The pool is really tiny but looked clean. The photos on their website make it look much larger than it it.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. We wanted to stay an extra night and I accidentally booked the incorrect date. However, the staff noticed this and was able to accommodate our stay for the correct dates we wanted. Room was clean comfortable. Will stay again!
