The front entrance was blocked by 2 work trucks that didn’t move the 2 days we were there so we had to go in and out a side door that someone was letting their dog poop right outside of and not picking it up.

Just okay

Ok if all you need is a bed. Clean enough, but no blow dryer, tissues, complimentary shampoo, and no coffee in the morning. Also, no desk clerk when it was time to check out - just had to leave the key on counter. Was so much light coming in the room at night that we could barely sleep.

Didn't like the staff you work for them they don't work for you and god forbid you have an accident tryin to get to the bathroom because your foot is swollen 3× its size because of gout then they bring you a sheet covered in piss stains then they wont give you back your 100 deposit I spent over 300 plus that 100 deposite pretty messed up don't you think

Never again pool closed wouldn’t do a compliment upgrade knowing that room wouldn’t get rented out and the bed should have been upgraded.

I had to use a phone In lobby in order to find the clerk to check in .. I has to wait about 15 minutes before someone arrived. Property needs updated. But I felt it was very clean

Very dated room. All lights in the room were on motion sensor switches, that would shut off within 10 to 15 minutes of inactivity. Hand sink in the bathroom had the hot water turned off. Wi-Fi worked for about 20 minutes throughout our 16 hour stay. Extremely limited electrical outlets as well as limited access to TV input.(Hooking up kids gaming device to the TV)

Cheap, but smelly and sketchy!

We did not stay. After checking in and going to the assigned room realized the whole place smelled like an ashtray. The room Next to us had a yapping dog that wouldnt shut up, which made my dogs uncomfortable. There were a few questionable people outside my room that also made the dogs uneasy(not normal for them) I was scared to stay there so we left and went to the Hampton Inn on the other side of the bridge. Much safer!

Everything was incredibly dirty inside & out. We didn't touch anything except the beds. Didn't even feel comfortable taking a shower. They made us pay a deposit of $50 in case we broke something, nothing in the room is worth $50. We got home from vacation, the $50 was charged. Contacted hotel, supposedly we will be getting that money back! Never again!
