The heat in room 617 did not work. We had the thermostat at 80 and the unit blew cool air. The room never got above 64°. The shower ran cold and the bathroom sink faucet leaked. The room was nicely decorated and clean… but we were very disappointed in how cold it was. My wife was very uncomfortable all evening.

They told us the air would be back on shortly. I had received an email at 9 AM that morning saying it was broke. And we could cancel but the problem was I didn’t get the email till 11 PM so he already knew the air was not coming back on. There was no hand soap in the bathroom and the TV had no sound.

Very outdated. Room did not have any modern technology to charge phones or laptops. No usb ports on lamps or at desk. No alarm clock. Was clean but just very inconvenient to not have a usb to charge with. Water in shower was like warm at best during prime showering time in AM. Valet was called from room which was front desk staff who was to relay the message. Car was no where to be found after least 20 minutes. Breakfast was great, fresh fruit & nice staff.

The hotel itself is clean. Our room had issues with the toliet not flushing properly, and the bathroom door could not be closed all the way or you get locked inside. Our television was jumpy on the screen, but that stopped after 10 minutes or so. This might seem a bit petty, but the bathroom supplies weren't stocked. The location of the breakfast area was not clearly marked. People have complained about the valet service, we had no issues with that. The staff were extremely friendly.

The room was clean, but nothing worked. The tv didn’t work, the phones didn’t work. The water was hot. They had no food but salad and soup at the restaurant. No room service. Valet was never around so it took a long time to leave and pick up car.

The staff was very arrogant and not helpful Because of this I will not stay at another plaza hotel . The valet who left us sitting in her vehicle for over an hour to the check-in to the ladies who serve you the breakfast, very arrogant. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone.

Very unclean. The couch has burn holes in it. The bathroom toilet wouldn't flush and the view was the trees in front of the hotel. I don't recommend this hotel. We only stayed the one night out of five nights.

Staff was rude and not helpful at all They put us in multiple rooms and each room had no AC so after the third one I left and had to get another hotel room somewhere else with AC Which cost me even more money I won’t get back and I do want a refund working on that with Expedia at the moment and the rooms are not luxury at all tiles falling off on the ground and not cleaned very well at all. The restaurant there did have a good burger though I’ll atleast give them that much.

The hotel air was not working, the room was 81 degrees all night.There was also no cold water, it was all dangerously hot from the hot tap and comfortably warm from the cold tap. They offered us a fan after I asked if there was a room where the air was working. That is when I learned the air was out in the entire building. It made for an uncomfortable night for all of us. Which is unfortunate since we paid for a hotel with AC
