The property was a perfect location to explore downtown Columbus or take rideshare to areas not in walking distance. The staff was very friendly and professional. My room was clean and comfortable. I spent a week at the property visiting for the iPride World Series, and would definitely stay again when in Columbus.

Overall was good for one night stay. There were some furniture, wall, or doors need a quick patch or fix. Our room was clean and had everything we needed for the night. Front desk staff was nice but definitely need more help. During check in time, there was only one person working. The line was long but she did a great job getting guests checked in. I only waited 25 minutes. Not bad but definitely can be quicker.

Good location in the heart of Downtown Columbus. Staff was helpful and the area seemed safe. The room could have used some updating. The toilet made a high pitch noise about every 15 to 20 minutes which woke us up in the middle of the night. There was no hot water for late morning shower (10 am).

Convenient walking to Cosi and other restaurants. Was really simply a place to sleep and rest. Mini fridge didnt work, hair dryer was broken, and the tv wouldn’t connect. Shampoos were also empty. Not maintained well.

Limited staff to assist with large influx of check ins. The weekend was busy with multiple large events and all of the hotels were booked. Only 2/4 elevators worked which meant after an extended check in wait time, there was a line to get in the elevator. There was a pile of fast food trash directly off the elevator, rice and other food all over the floor. It remained there from my 4pm check in time until I left at 330am. I could hear every time a toilet was flushed that had any connection to my plumbing. Now, all that to say. The room was icy cold. The bed was clean. It sufficed for my quick nap between flights.

The staff were amazing and so friendly. The hotel was very clean. The only problem was our room was hot and the air conditioning didn’t work great and our mini fridge wasn’t working. I would definitely stay again though. Love the location!

When we arrived, our water was cold. Staff was polite but not very helpful. Hot water eventually got fixed but then it was just scolding hot water. Our toilet was spraying water with every flush. Staff sent someone to fix it and it worked for about 3 flushes, then broke again. Housekeeping only came one day out of our 5 night stay. Food options in and around the hotel were sparse. We heard sirens going off every hour around the hotel but the streets were barren most of the time. There was no microwave in our room and the mini fridge did not work. We will not be staying here again.

If you have the option to stay elsewhere, I will strongly recommend doing so. We were in town for the Children’s Miracle Marathon, so our lodging options were limited. Unfortunately, this property is very run-down and poorly maintained. Only 2 of the 4 elevators were operational. With no interior stairwells available to access the upper floors, elevator waits exceeded 10 minutes. The in-room coffee maker was missing parts and unusable, and our room showed significant signs of water damage, including peeling wallpaper and soggy carpet. Even more concerning, the single-use bathroom supplies appeared to have been previously used. When we eventually used the stairs to exit, the stairwell was filled with cigarette smoke. Additionally, the street-level stairwell entrance was left open and accessible to the public without a key, creating a significant security concern for hotel guests. I gave the property two stars because the water pressure was good and the bed was comfortable enough for us to get a decent night's sleep. Otherwise, the experience was extremely disappointing. Had another hotel been available for a same-day booking, we would have moved without hesitation.

This hotel must be transitioning ownership as it is seriously understaffed for its size and was practically empty. I will say the people working there were friendly and helpful. The room and hotel were very clean, no smells or stand out gross items and the view of the city was nice. We most likely will not stay here again; however, because the air conditioning did not seem to be working (a common complaint after talking to other guests). Though there were 4 elevators on site, it seemed only 2 were working, causing a lot of wait time just to get to the lobby or our room.

This hotel was rather basic, but my room was great. The bed was very comfortable and it had a great view of the statehouse. Check out the great view of downtown from the gym which is on the top, 22nd floor. It was clear that the hotel seems to be in transition from its sale as a former Sheraton hotel to an independently owned hotel — so I noticed there were a few places in the hotel that were potentially being renovated. The hotel is centrally located downtown. I recommend parking in either of the Commons park garages — there are two of them, with the underground lot the closest to the hotel.
