Upon arriving I could not find any staff that could assist me in that moment, but after a few minutes someone did come out to help. I paid for a room upgrade that was not available on the day that I came into the hotel, but I was able to get the room that I originally pay for. I do appreciate that the kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and appliances, other Sonesta hotels we've been to did not supply them. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, we got a good night's rest . And we will be back.
