I booked this hotel and when I tried to check in at 12:30am, the girl at the front counter, told me her name was Anna. Said sorry can’t check you in now our system is rebooting. I can maybe check you in in 60mins to 2 hours go wait outside. I told her I had booked the hotel for 4 nights and me and my family were tired and we should not have to wait 2 hours to get our room. I asked her to call a manager to figure something out, she said he was on vacation then he was sleeping and she was not going to wake him up. She told me to leave and even if I came back in two hours she would not check me in, to go get another hotel room. I spoke professional and clam with her, and she told me to leave when I told her she did not have to raise her voice to me. Glad you have an employee that freely losses money for your hotel. Then I called hotels.com to get my money refunded as this was thus hotel canceling my room to get a refund and I have to wait for them to e-mail the hotel manager to refund me, that was 5 days ago, still no refund. I also used my free night in this stay which I could not use when I rebooked another hotel at 1am in the morning!!!! Anna has the worst customer service ever. We stayed at this hotel the week prior and while I was waiting to get some towels she was very rude to a man that could not speak English and was using a translator app. She is the worst!!! Hotles.com I want my hotel stay refunded and my free night back!!!!!!!!!!!!!
