We always go to this hotel when we’re visiting family. This stay was ok as usual but my problem was the hot water. Pressure was very low at best and took so much time to get hot water. Quite a few time had to wash up and shower with cold water.

Easy and nice stay in Columbus

Room was nice and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good. EV charging for both Tesla and non Tesla vehicles. Easy access to shopping and food at Easton. Close to airport also.

The 3 young ladies who were working the check in desk were some of the most impressive that I have seen in years. They were so kind and helpful.
