The hotel overall was very nice, but we had a very noisy person above us that made it a very unpleasant stay. The front desk was notified three times of the issue but failed to do anything about it. This was supposed to be an overnight getaway from the kids that turned into a sleepless night.

It was close to The James Cancer Center. Nice to b able to rest. It was quiet, very clean. No noise. We will be staying again when my husband has his stem cell transplant.
