Very clean and comfortable stay. Front desk woman was very helpful and kind. Only complaint was body soap in the shower was empty when we went to shower late evening so had to use the hand soap and the pillows had no support. But overall really liked the cleanliness and staff.

The parking was very convenient with exception of the construction on Broad St made it a little difficult to enter the lot, otherwise I have no complaints. I would definitely visit this property again, all of the amenities were great.

I will stay at this hotel again. I live in Columbus Ohio and needed a staycation so I chose Tru based on the reviews, ratings and price. The hotel and room were very clean. The man that checked us in was very friendly and helpful and made the process very easy and quick. I will say this.. the room is small and efficient. If you are looking for a suite, this not the hotel for that. But if you just need a clean room with a comfortable bed, a nice size tv with a number of channels to choose from, plenty of places to charge your devices, and a pool table in the lobby to unwind, then this is the perfect place for your stay.

I loved the set up in the lobby! The hotel was very nice and clean! The first staff member was so helpful the only down fall is snack prices but hey we still got snack because we wasn’t going back out. Just advice get snacks at a store not there

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Had nice chill our areas in community spaces. My teenage daughter and had double Queen room. It was clean and nice AND very small. Would not recommend if you have a lot of luggage.

Very bright and cheery entrance, friendly staff, great hotel layout, clean and comfy room, nice selection of for purchase, or complimentary snacks/meals and big comfy lobby area to relax or work. Outside landscaping was very nice and always staff hard at work maintaining the property and cleaning the lobby, kitchen area etc. This is my 3rd time at this property and it's really terrific. Will be back!
