One day when we returned to the hotel, we found the door left ajar—likely because housekeeping didn't pull it completely shut when they left. Fortunately, nothing was missing, but I wanted to mention it so the team can be extra mindful next time."

"I was able to check in a little early with a very welcoming person that worked the front desk. He was very knowledgeable about the room and the amenities, letting me know about covered parking and offering information about Victoria if I needed it. The room was very clean, nicely decorated, with a smaller balcony but a great view of the harbor to be able to see the ferries come into the port and seaplanes taxing in and out of the harbor. The beds were very comfortable with wonderful bedding an enough pillows on each. Sheets were crisp and clean. There was adequate plug ins for charging for each bed. Loved the N espresso machine with good coffee pods and there was a small in room refrigerator that had a small freezer compartment - great for freezing ice pack wraps. Bathroom was very clean, well equipped and a comfortable size. The Inn is located in a convenient place, a short walk from the main town, so it was very quiet and peaceful."
