"Room clean enough. Bathroom tub very slippery, almost fell. Corners throught especially in bathroom need better vacuuming. Need more Regular coffee packs and cream & sugar packs rather than just two. For 2 people i would have placed 4 Regular coffee servings and cream/sugar sets. AC didn't cool enough ..."

"The place itself was nice. The area not so much. Most importantly I blame Expedia because you had this designated as a Downtown hotel- this was not downtown. It was a mile or so from downtown and the walk there was through a rough neighborhood."
