Ahead of time we were told the pool was not available but got access to another pool that was in walking distance and got reimbursed for the pass immediately. "Room was clean enough, good not get a comfortable temperature, we were frozen. Took forever to get into our room. Past the normal check in time. Booked a ADA room. Was not ADA, very tight for wheelchair. Could not use toilet, had to go to an accessible bathroom in airport. Considering all that and we only had use of room for 6 hours. It was very expensive "
