"Great room for a quick trip"

"Our room had roaches and we had to wait hours before speaking with a staff member to try to get a room change but by that time we were checking out and told to contact the manager in regards to the roach issue. Disgusting !!"

"The room was clean, but did have a musty odor. Parking was ample and secure. The breakfast area was very clean and offered a sufficient choice. It is not a 5-star hotel but if you just need a place to sleep in the area, it is a good choice for the price."

"The staff were friendly helpful with directions and kind. It is close to everything and has bus service. Unfortunately they charge an unexpected deposit for incidentals we did not see coming and there was no microwave blow dryers or tv with all channels we had one channel. Overall we enjoyed the people of SOMA the smiles and helpful nature and kindness are appreciated. We also love the historical photos of rescues lifeguards and coast guard timeless. We appreciated the charger loan which we returned on the 24th. "

"The staff was nice. The rooms were clean. The shower water temperature was terrible, very temperamental. The breakfast was only ok. No elevator. The location is close to the train station BUT there were a few homeless people around the area. All in all it was ok for a 2 night stay. "
