"Well, Expedia wrote $5 city tax at booking time, the host charged CHF 11.50 ($15!) right before the stay. Even worse, to be paid either by a weird local swiss payment system or paypal. Nothing else, no cash no credit card. Not great at all. Also quite noisy apartment. Otherwise clean and ok. "

"Unser Aufenthalt im Porto Letizia Apartment P16 war insgesamt sehr zufriedenstellend. Das Apartment selbst war sauber und modern eingerichtet, was uns sofort ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat. Besonders praktisch war die Lage – nur 50 Meter bis zum Strand, was für uns ein großer Pluspunkt war. Auch die Parkplatzsituation war mehr als ausreichend, sodass wir uns keine Sorgen um einen Stellplatz machen mussten. "We stayed for 5 days & enjoyed our stay in the Lake. We were in the top floor apartment which has a lot of stairs to climb, no lift. It is a little noisy as it’s right beside the main road so bring ear plugs as that made it better at night to sleep. The second room in the apartment is difficult to stand in as its ceiling is very low due to being an attic. "On our last night of stay which was a Friday night there was a lot on the street caused by people from the bar. You could hear a lot outside during the stay but it did not bother us unlike the last night. Everything else was fantastic, great hospitality, clean, proper guide, and thorough communication from property owner. "

"If I could give this hotel 10 stars instead of 5 for excellency I would. I have never been so overwhelmed by seeing such a beautiful imposing building right overlooking the stunning lake. We were blown away by absolutely everything it offers - location, views, room and breakfast. Very sad to have to leave here and will be back one day. "

"This is a fabulous hotel near the airport yet in the countryside and remarkably quiet. Easy parking and check in, although no offer of assistance with baggage; there are possibly not sufficient staff numbers to provide this service. The room was large enough and the bathroom clean and functional. The bed was soft. The usual pod coffee and tea were provided but no milk and nothing in the fridge. The restaurant is very good and snacls are available from the lobby at any time. The gym is quite well equipped with cardio and weights. The one gripe: the pool remains closed in the second week of June. While the pool is held to be a "seasonal" offering, it would be much appreciated on the regular 30 degree afternoons."
