- Rooms and bathrooms are small, shower already tight spaced with doors that donāt close properly.
- By day 3, construction noise and chemicals smells from remodeling work became a big issue.
- Receptionist did not offer solutions and lied about remodeling hours. Felt uncomfortable when asked for managerās name, and refused to give any other information.
- Same receptionist reached out later to apologize and acknowledged we should have not been placed in those rooms to begin with. Offered to move us to āupgradedā rooms.
- āUpgradedā rooms were even worse. One of the rooms was directly under the ones being remodeled and worked on. Noise began at 8 AM
- The other two rooms did not have a functioning air conditioner. Staff gave poor excuse and just said to open windows. Thereās tons of noise far into the night from motor bikes and people playing music right across the hotel.
- Hotel breakfast was motel level at best. You get eggs swimming in water and some cut up ham. Toasters barely worked, and when staff was asked for replacement they appeared completely clueless.
- The spa experience was good when it came to the massage. However āquietā policy is not enforced and hearing toilets go off right next to the spa area donāt help with the experience.
- Check out was the final straw. Desk staff was rude and dismissive of concerns, stating that the room āupgradeā was sufficient compensation for the troubles. "
