"Sunny is the reason I’d return if she were still working there. I wouldn’t consider the trip back otherwise. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. She even gave me a late check-out because of some issues with the room, like the heater and the remote control on the TV. Also some things that were missing from the room, which she quickly resolved. However, I must say that the location was prime. The hotel was walking distance to everything I needed. But the room definitely needed some updating. There was no refrigerator or phone in the room, which was a bit odd for me. Overall, if you’re traveling alone, it’s a great option. "

"Wonderful hotel. Clean, large rooms, extremely helpful and kind staff available 24/7. You couldn't ask for a better location its an easy walk to either Centraal or the Rijksmuseum, wonderful location to stroll from for sightseeing or people watching. I saw that people had complained about noise but we didn't notice an issue and the hotel offered ear plugs in case. The wifi was reasonable and there is a great (but not included) breakfast in the hotel. If we return to amsterdam we will no question be staying here again, seriously could not recommend it enough.
