"We killed two cockroaches in our apartment at the first night. We reported to the reception the following day and we were changed to another one. "This spot is a hidden secret for those traveling around and in Lyon. The Grand Suite was fantastic and all we had hoped for. The owners texted us to ensure we arrived correctly, and were immediately given the tour of the room and balcony. The view was spectacular and we enjoyed dinner and wine and dessert overlooking the town and the river. For a unique relaxed experience in Vienne i must absolutely recommend this place. "

"My experience was horrible! I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt so strongly that I wanted to. The check-in desk isn’t open overnight so any issues that come up must be dealt with in the few hours it’s open. The first night my air conditioning didn’t work, and it had been over 90 degrees F during the day. It must have been over 80 degrees in my room, with no fan.
