Congo Town Holidays

I was very pleased with my most recent stay here with family, as I’ve visited multiple times. The front desk staff at One Particular Harbor were very friendly and accommodating as we navigated an emotional time — kudos to Tito and team! The location is excellent, with absolutely spectacular views of the cruise ships. However, it can get a bit noisy depending on your room’s location, and the hotel could improve on answering the phone more promptly. In addition, the dining options within the property are extremely limited, with restaurant closures during peak times. Overall, it was still a lovely experience that we truly appreciated.

Food options were good on the property. The pool area was very nice. Property was clean. Entertainment was very good. Staff was nice except when checking out the young man was not sociable or friendly at all. The helpers at the door for checking in and out were great! The areas that need improvement are house keeping for the rooms. Our room had no soap and when housekeeping came they filled the container with some watered down solution. House keeping was requested and did not arrive until after 3:30 even though they were on our floor that morning. Safe did not work. This resort has a very very limited beach area for your chairs because other properties exclude you from placing your chairs on their property. But walking the beach is great. You will need transportation because there is nothing around this resort.

Great place but nothing to do there for activities

Excellent, friendly staff. Clean, quiet and cozy resort, close to restaurants and shops. The property a little bit dated. Balconies in many rooms are not really balconies and shouldn’t be advertised as such. I missed having an actual balcony a lot (my booking said “with balcony”). The beaches are nice enough, but not great. It would be nice if at list one beach had a shower.
