"Location was fantastic! Easy walk to race course, can watch warm ups across the street. Bed was pretty comfortable. Rooms are very small, which is disclosed in listing. Restaurant across the street has good food and live entertainment in their outdoor tent which would not be good for people who want to go to bed early, stops at 11:00 PM. A/C is quite noisy so did wake us up a lot. Did enjoy the horses coming up the street from stables early morning."

"King, the owner, is a great host. It is rustic accommodations, but all guests have been there before, and are friendly. Great location. Close to all types of dining, Saratoga, and Springs, and race track. We will be back for sure. Not for fancy folk."

The rooms are clean and comfortable and the common areas are beautiful and a great place for a group to gather.
