Room was clean and up to typical Holiday Inn Express standards. Beds and pillows were comfortable, AC worked and was quiet. The hotel had a single, very slow elevator. A Place at the Beach
The resort was very nice with lots of things to do and great beach access. Our biggest issue was that we had to change rooms in the middle of our stay which we were not prepared for. It was the best stay I had in Charlotte. When I go back to Charlotte I will be back there. My home away from home. Very clean,very roomy. I love the staff very friendly an helpful. Kitchen was nice an parking was good.
