"Very loud with endlessly loud neighbors. No thermostat or remote in the room and the heat pump had no controller so we suffered through the night to wake up to a lack coffee present in the room. To add insult to injury, they were pleased to sell some coffee to you after your terrible night's sleep in the lobby. "
"Room was still dirty as in not vacuumed or floors washed or countertops unclean after finding long black hair in carpet multiple times on the tile floor and on top of the countertops. I accumulated what I found n left it with reception upon departure most uncomfortable stay I’ve ever experienced for a luxury spa for adults only
