"Hotel is well situated near the bus stop for Constanta bus station etc. It is further away from the strip and so quieter, but it involves crossing a busy road to get to the breach. The food is Romanian and plentiful. We went for the half board option which gave the equivalent of £10 per day to spent on food and drink from the bar, which was more than enough for a meal and a beer. "it was an average stay, I mean what can you expect form a 3* in RO. I know the hotel since it was being build, but this was the first stay. covid rules are quite optional since the owner of the hotel and the senior staff are not using any masks. If you go to the reception to use the gel from there you will get some strange looks. the room itself was clean, except 2 forks and 2 knifes you don't get anything with the room. the fridge and the AC are unplugged from the socket, so you need to do it...

"The hotel is nice overall. I was expecting more from a 4 stars hotel. The breakfast was pretty poor. Good air conditioning. If you like a bed mattress very hard, old and covered with a pink sponge this is the place to come. You might even get a free back pain from it."
