"We stayed there for a concert. The room was great, it does get loud at nights but the staff is super helpful specially the bellhop who was a tremendous help guiding us for the concert. the rooms are clean and large and the food is pretty good. Overall it was an excellent stay "

"I stayed here for a week with a group of friends. We reserved two rooms for the five of us. It was a very good stay. The rooms were clean, and we could choose whether to have housekeeping come by. It was a great value as well. The beds are large and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, and my room had a nice view of the plaza in front of the hotel. We had a late flight leaving and they stored our luggage for us free of charge. The area it is in isn't the greatest, but the price reflects that. My only gripe is the bathroom. It makes sense, but it doesn't. There's a single sink in a strange colorway. The bathroom and shower are covered only by a frosted glass door that doesn't leave much for the imagination. The bathroom could be described as being "open-air". There isn't a separate room to house the bathroom and shower facilities. Otherwise, I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Mexico City on a budget, and doesn't mind being away from the action of the downtown areas. "
