Staff was nice. Elevator was out and I was told it had been out for 4 months. That’s hard when you have a hard time with stairs and have dog to take out several times a day & luggage to carry up and down!

Outstanding breakfast!

My husband, daughter and I stayed for one night. It was very comfortable and clean. The room was quiet. The breakfast the next morning was outstanding. The only complaint I have is that the use of single-use disposable utensils and plates was disconcerting; however, the food quality and options were amazing.

Excellent!

This place was great! Clean, comfortable, quiet, excellent breakfast with both hot and to-go options, easy location with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Parking was free, and it was easy to find a good spot. The staff was friendly, and the room was spacious. Wifi worked well. As someone with a tricky neck, I appreciated that they had a variety of pillows on the bed with some flatter and fluffier options. Would definitely stay here again!
