The guy in the desk front was rude. , the room smelled awful and the couch had stains all over , air didn’t work very well. The remotes on the tv. Didn’t work and one didn’t have batteries.

The staff was the best around! We received fresh towels everyday and I was given a broom to clean up the room some. We were there for several days so the children did a lot of tracking and eating in the room. One thing I didn't like was the room size. I thought we would be given a suite with a sitting area. We only had an oversized chair. So nowhere for the kids to sit and eat.
