"Booked for a nice walking trip reviews were awesome hence booking, check in was nice and easy, parking was not totally clear but there was free parking but only 2 spaces. Room was on top floor and spacious, bathroom was lovely, great shower, could do with an upgrade on the tv to smart tv. WiFi was not working and the same can be said for 4&5G in Llandudno. Joseph was very attentive and awesome host, we were late for breakfast on the last day but he kindly accommodated us, the food was awesome,...

"A lovely B&B, the hosts were great, nothing was too much trouble. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Our room was beautiful, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. And the breakfast was amazing, catered for my gluten and lactose intolerances. Would highly recommend. "

"The best place to stay in Betws-y-Coed indeed! We absolutely adored our stay — super comfy beds, lovely hosts with amazing breakfast and recommendations for the area. Quiet (off the main road where most of the accommodations in town are located), homey feel but clean and well kept. Everything about this place was a thumbs up from us. Can’t wait to be back one day! "The property is being refurbished. Apparently this has been ongoing since January. Front of building covered in scaffolding, workmen permanently onsite including today. Parking in Llandudno is horrendous. Spent over an hour driving around looking for a space. Definitely won't be going again. Far too much aggravation, not worth the trouble. "

"The whole experience was very good, the room was compact but had everything you need, it was comfortable and clean the breakfast was very good and a good selection the hosts were very good and happy to help , you could walk into town in about 10 minutes, i would be happy to recommend this property "
