"Great hotel! Clean. I love a modern bathroom. Loved the lack of carpeting and dark grey wood floors. Didn’t get to use the pool but I’ll return to rate that too!"

"The room appeared clean, however it needed the walls and furniture cleaned with disinfectant. Also they should exterminate more often, saw several baby roaches in the restroom. Morning staff extremely friendly. The night staff should try to be a bit more welcoming. Heating system worked well."

"Honestly after reading past reviews i was skeptical about our stay. But upon arrival i was greeted by front desk and was checked in very fast. Front desk were very professional. The room was clean and neat. "

"When I arrived at the airport, I called the hotel for shuttle pickup. I called at least 12 time. No one answered the phone at the hotel. A shuttle from another hotel picked me up and brought me to the hotel. When I arrived the girl at the front kinda looked at the phone and started to say, we don’t usually answer, but caught her self. Come to find out they have another number to call if you need the shuttle. Would be nice if that was included in the email sent confirming my reservation. The only saving grace was Lawerence who took me to dinner and the driver who took me to the airport in the morning. "

"Our stay was just average. Basic amenities. We specifically chose this hotel because of location to what our weekend plans were, but also because it had an indoor pool. However, we were very disappointed that it was so cold! Any hotel we have ever been to at least heats the indoor pool. The shower had obviously not been cleaned. Other than that, everything was just ok. Probably would not stay at a Sonesta property again. But it was adequate for just one night."

"The breakfast was good but not everyone eats bagels, you are not going to find milk. The cups for juice are only 7onz. At least my room didn't have drawers and microwave. "
