"The room was very nicely decorated and set up- work station, couch, king bed. And lovely bathroom area.
The patio and lobby are very nicely decorated as well and a beautiful view over the ravine. Fire pits on the patio were lovely to sit around and have a drink in the evening- string lights made for a very cozy feeling. We booked for one night and ended up staying an extra one and then again another night on our way home from Coeur D’Alene. Highly recommend."
"This is an old hotel. It's in a good location downtown. The elevator smells off, the rooms are definitely two star, dusty, walls scratched up. It's a cheap motel type stay."
"Our stay was amazing. The room and the bathroom were clean. The bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows. The staff were friendly and kind. Will definitely stay again."
"This hotel far exceeded my expectations. Check in was a breeze and staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms are spacious and clean, beds are comfortable. The breakfast is by far the best of any hotel I’ve stayed at. There is a wide variety of hot and cold food with different varieties daily. There is a very nice sitting area outside as well as inside. The parking lot is secure and well lit with ample parking. The property is conveniently located. Everything you need is within a very short drive. Don’t hesitate on booking this hotel."
"We never saw or talked to anyone at the property from the time we checked-in until we checked out. They leave a sign with your name on it and instructions on what to do. A lot of stairs and hallways made hauling large luggage awkward. They ask you to take your shoes off on entry. Carrying shoes and hauling luggage was even more awkward. It is easy to slip on the stairs in stocking feet. If you don’t give 48 hours notice you cannot have breakfast. For a boutique hotel they could over some sort of personal touch. Fresh cookies/pastries or hot chocolate/coffee. We felt a little like an imposition than a welcome guest.
Other than that, the property was unique and fun, the rooms were clean. The grounds were nice and the view beautiful,"
