"Clean and large rooms, breakfast is just OK, lunch and dinner is great. Staff is nice and polite, but reception staff did not accommodate request for 1 hr extended checkout and offered 30 min room at the wrong time and enjoyed lecturing us. Not professional and did not end our stay on the good note. Reef for snorkelling in-front of the hotel is great. "

I was also worried because other reviews mentioned unhelpful staff—everyone we dealt with was wonderful. It’s a great price for the area and we fully enjoyed our stay."

Special Thank you to Benidie, Sonali, Laverne, Moesha, Julie (Miss Juju), Prakash, Maribel, Wadly (Prophet), and Chef Dennis and his entire team at Il Forno Restaurant (on-site) for being so accommodating. Everyone works so hard here, and it clearly shows. The restaurant on-site Il Forno is absolutely the best dining experience I've had on the island to date. The rooms are beautiful, and have everything you need to feel right at home on your vacation. The breakfast, lunch and dinner is absolutely delicious. Highly recommended you have your breakfast, lunch and dinner at this hotel. They have a gorgeous pool, about 3.5 feet deep. The main event is the beautiful beach. They have a golf cart to take you to the Grace Bay beach. 10/10 highly recommended you stay here. This is the perfect hotel for adult couples who want a quiet and relaxing vacation on Grace Bay beach. Thank you again to the Hotel Indigo staff for being so welcoming and accommodating, and making our stay so wonderful. We came as guests and left and friends & family. We can't wait to return soon!"

I’ve traveled extensively around the world, and I can honestly say this is one of the most generous and thoughtful hotels I’ve ever experienced—truly a 10/10. The room was extremely comfortable and spotless, and the suite we stayed in was spectacular—spacious, with two bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a lovely balcony. A special mention to Jen at the lobby—she is such a kind and genuine person, always accommodating and ready to help with anything we needed. She truly made our stay even more special. There is also ample parking, and we loved using the complimentary bicycles to explore the area. Although the hotel is not directly on the beach, it’s very easy to get there. You can walk, use the bikes, or take the golf cart, which makes it very convenient. The nearby beach is beautiful and definitely worth visiting. If there’s one thing I loved most about my trip to Turks and Caicos, it was this hotel"

"It was not easy to find. It is behind a restaurant and we wouldn’t have found it if we didn’t got for a walk downtown first we tried to access it 2x until we realized there was no actual driveway or entryways accept to go to restaurant parking that was not part of the small resort. It like they put lipstick on a pig. Not impressed at all and check in was terrible. The young girl at front desk was rude and not accommodating at all. "
