Beautifully located at the bottom of the hills. The staff was very friendly and also provide remote checkin in case your checkin in late. Call them on their number to complete the process.

Great location but it’s an older property made of wood you can hear everyone walking above & in Hallways the location couldn’t be better it’s really an Amazing spot. I would definitely stay again and it’s very close to all the Boats & Shoos

Alaska is beautiful… so we took it. Definitely under staffed. Heather helped as much as she could. She needed more help. She was great! And the rating has no thorp do with her. Loved her!

Loved it here! Friendly helpful staff. They were accommodating to our late check in. Communication was great! The towels were super fluffy and wonderful. The pillows were great. We really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend to anyone!

We stayed 2 nights - the hotel was clean, had a king bed. Never saw any staff. It was a pretty basic motel - served the purpose - we were there for fly fishing.

We waited outside for 30mins during the check in period for someone to check us in. Instructions said to call the number on the door which we got voicemail four times and left messages. Room smelled musty, multiple brown stains on the towels, and yellow stains on the pillow cases and bedding. There were multiple black hairs in the sheets and the room was out of TP. It is at a great location, right in town but we will not be staying again due to uncleanliness and unprofessional staff.

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. Stating with the absent front desk attendant. The room was run down and in disrepair. It didn’t seem to be cleaned. The bed had a flat sheet on the mattress and no top sheet. When I asked for another sheet I was given it in an unfolded mess. Had two nights booked but checked out the next morning. This place is in desperate need of new management.

Terrible. No one works at the front desk. You have to call a phone number and hope someone picks up. Walls are so think when someone walks upstairs you think they are in your room. Shampoo/soap dispenser all empty I needed to extend my stay an additional night and it took 45 min and multiple calls just to stay in my room. I’d look elsewhere

It was outdated and old seemed clean but there was an unwashed towel hanging on the door. Had to call several times to check in as the office was closed. A staff member walking by let us in she was very friendly and helpful

The heat did not work, it was 40° outside. They brought me a mini space heater. Everything was filthy; the shower, night stands, floors, etc.. The fabric chairs were awful, not only dirty, but old, thin cushions, the wood frame of the chair was hurting the back of my thighs. I would never let anyone stay here, we were so disgusted.

Our room needed a few repairs. There was no shade at all on one of the windows, which really matters in July in Alaska if you want to sleep. The main reading lamp’s bulb was burnt out.
