"The air conditioner in my room didn’t work and I informed the hotel staff but nothing was done about it , luckily I was only there for 2 nights . Also I didn’t really care for the breakfast."

"This is an economical/practical place to stay... more like a college dorm residence than a conventional hotel that a business traveler or tourist might expect. While the basic aesthetics were good for what it is, the general condition of the property was rough around the edges, reflecting room for improvement in upkeep and maintenance - or perhaps reflecting harder use by some longer-term residents. Location was perfect for our particular needs, central to Cherry Hill. You will need a vehicle to do any dining or shopping. Fitness center looked decent (did not use), laundry room was decent. Good bedding with lots of storage underneath. Lots of electrical outlets. No hair dryer or iron in the room but provided at the desk if requested. Pet friendly. No safe. Poor sound insulation. You hear dogs barking, children, walking on above floors, etc. Cleanliness was barely passable. Furniture surfaces were reasonable, but the (laminate) floor left much to be desired. I borrowed a broom to sweep dust from corners of the floor and under the table. If you walked barefoot on the floor, your soles would turn black (I mopped what I could with a towel). Kitchen wares were incomplete with some essential supplies missing (no paper towels or dish soap, for instance). They charge a linen service fee if you stay longer than a week (not reflected in Expedia rates). If you're here for a longer stay, it's not so bad after you've settled in and taken care of some of the housekeeping for yourself."

"I was only given one talent and told that my check in was only 41 adult when it was , I wish that there were utensils available even if it was just a rent lock , the fact that there was a stove and size refrigerator! The front desk, gentlemen could have been a lot more welcoming.He seems to hate his job and his life.I don't know...."

"The fact that the front desk clerk didn’t tell me she was giving me a room with a broken mirror and vanity after I told her I had 2 kids is crazy. Then I can’t even call cause the room phone is broken. They was no toilet tissue and the room seems like mold and mildew. And only one light worked in the room. I refused to stay there with my kids. And yeah no refund. Never again with kids but hey if you want a hotel for a quickie or just to sleep after a night out or traveling at a cheap price then yeah. Otherwise no…"

"Room was cold when we checked in. We were charged for parking in an open parking lot! Facility needs upgrading "

"Overall my stay was very much, the room itself was spacious and I loved all the mirror factors. The bed was mildly comfortable, but I expect that in places such as this. The jaccuzi in the room was nice, but not tall people friendly. You really have to squeeze in if you're someone who is tall with long legs. The steam from the tub really heated up the room, it was so hot we had to turn on the air but even that took awhile to cool down the room. Number one tip if enjoying a stay here is do not leave out any drinks on the counter, it may look sanitary and clean but ants will come out so be cautious. "

"I have never written a bad review of any place before—I would usually just let things slide—but this time, I simply cannot. I booked this hotel for my daughter and myself; my daughter had a competition in that city, yet we didn't last even an hour in the room. It smelled absolutely horrible—like cigarettes—but it was a deep-seated, lingering odor that clung to everything: your clothes, your hair—everything! On top of that, I suffered an allergic reaction and an asthma flare-up triggered by the smell; it was so severe that I completely lost my voice for several days. For the sake of my health and my daughter's, I had to leave in less than an hour—and they refused to refund me a single penny! So, now you know: if you choose to stay at this hotel, these people clearly do not care about your health—for all they care, you could drop dead."
