"The rooms were clean and, the restaurant was very nice. The location was great. The staff was very good. They were helpful. We did have a problem with the TV service. The staff came in and helped out with that. One thing that we noted was the bathroom, especially the shower. It was very outdated. A vanity would be very helpful in the bathroom."
"If you're traveling solo and are the type who prefers to be out and about and needs a room just to have a place to sleep, then this hotel is for you. It's not pretty from the outside, but at 1/3 the price of every other hotel around, it's an excellent deal.
You get a clean room and a bed with clean sheets. The floor has a clean carpet. The AC is cold. The shower has hot water with good water pressure. You get a desk with two outlets for your laptop and phone if you need to work. The motel is centrally located and Otenanta is a hip town with good cafés nearby. It even has a YMCA if you need a gym. And you get two complementary cups of coffee in your room.
The internet is slow, but that for me is not a problem because I get good data service from a wireless carrier and a wi-fi hotspot from my phone.
Cheers."
"This hotel has been renovated since my last visit. Clean and open front desk, well stocked continental breakfast, clean gym - didnt get to use the pool (pool wasn’t finished with renovations yet) Quiet setting, Room was clean, A/C worked great, beautiful clean carpet throughout and it smelled clean as well. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rates were extremely reasonable. Definitely booking again next time I need a room."
"We didn’t know that we had to ask for towels and room make up. The breakfast had no healthy options. It was all junk food and processed choices. Otherwise, we loved the room and the staff were friendly."
