"No doubt the hotel was good , my kids found room to be pretty good but I was surprised to come to know that they were charged for the water bottles .In every hotel , two water bottles per day are complimentary kept along with electric ketttle and tea and coffee stuff but they were charged of the water bottles .This was something the hotel should not have charged for .Rest they enjoyed a lot and had a good experience
Thanks "
"We had the one bedroom apartment which is absolutely huge. It has two outdoor seating areas on opposite sides of the unit. Access to your unit, the building, and the garage are all a single code to remember. The elevator is quick, though there are only 3 levels (garage, lobby, rooms). The one bedroom apartments are strange in that you have to enter the code at two different entry doors before heading up a staircase to reach your living space. The rewards of the living space more than offset the quirkiness of getting to it. "
"Want to relax? Not the place. Rooms poorly insulated, you can hear all the neighbours. The mattress is so soft you feel you’re drowning on it. Cleaning is not an option - room full of dirt- and the hotel charges for housekeeping as an additional! (I wanted to do my own housekeeping I would have got an AirBnB). The room had a non working toilet window, non working phone, non working A/C. My reservation was for a king villa with view to the golf club, which I didn’t get - I was lucky to have a view to the parking where a thousand loud kids were playing and screaming 24/7. Want to go to the spa? Think again, not an option. Restaurant? Might need to wait hours… pub? Good luck getting in. A complete disaster, I strongly believe this should be labeled as ‘misleading and false advertising’. Thanks for making my Easter weekend a complete nightmare."
"Mixed bag - stunning location but a bit disorganised.
Room wasn't ready when we arrived, we were only staying for one night meaning it shortened our stay even further and the check out is quite early at 10am. Were promised something to make up for the inconvenience but never received anything.
There was confusion when we initially arrived about which hotel we were in (as there are two on the same estate).
The adult only spa hotel was nice, peaceful and relaxing. The view from the room was stunning, with the added bonus of kangaroos outside our balcony at dawn. Breakfast buffet was a bit strange - turkey bacon... We ate dinner at the Bistro which was good value for money but chicken snitzel was undercooked - they gave us a refund.
Overall, we had a really nice stay in a stunning location, if a little disorganised. "
