"The property advertised free WiFi.
It never worked the entire time we were there, even after they promised it would be repaired.
As a result, we left two days early and asked for a refund for those two unused days. The property refused to provide a partial refund.
And, the property sits right above the main highway to Bogata, it is VERY noise as the trucks are all in low gear to climb the steep hill.
And, we were eaten alive by mosquitos !
And, the water pressure there is lousy, make it...

"Lovely hotel with lovely staff. I enjoyed my stay in Medellin. They had daily housekeeping which I really appreciated. The WiFi is really good and the hot tub was the cherry on top. It was also in an extremely walkable area with restaurants within a 1-15 min walk depending on where you wanted to go. I would definitely stay here again when I next visit Medellín.
The only thing I would recommend that would make it even better is that they include a clothes iron and hair dryer in the rooms."
